Scott has over two decades of applied experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Product Support and IT Operations to include over 15 years experience in senior level consulting.
Responsibilities:
- As VP, Service Mgmt Solutions, responsible for building, leading and continuously improving Covestic’s portfolio of Service Management related services and solution
- As a hands-on leader, provide architect level guidance and account management for Covestic projects to achieve consistent quality and delivery assurance

ITSM for financial services company ITSM and ServiceNow for medium sized timber and manufacturing company
- Led effort to baseline current processes and technologies, collaborate on vision and objectives, and develop multi-phase implementation plan
- Architected ITSM processes and worked with customer to select and implement the ServiceNow ITSM and platform solution
- Core IT processes, enabled by ServiceNow fully operational in 90 days
ITSM and multiple ITSM and operations solutions for US military branch
- Led 4 year engagement to train staff, assess, plan and implement ITIL-based IT Service Management improvements; delivered ITIL 3 focused workshops to IT executive leadership and associates.
- Developed and delivered workshops to achieve process/solution requirements and process/solution design for two environments (non-secret and secret)
- Oversaw implementation for multiple military bases
