Leah has over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 10 years leading teams and 8 years working for global organizations

Responsibilities:

  • The Associate Director, Strategic Talent Pipeline works with the ServiceNow practice to establish and maintain talent attraction and career development pipelines, represent and promote the employment brand and create and manage partnerships with career development and talent recruitment organizations

  • Led the development of career website to highlight employee value proposition
  • Designed and implemented employer brand strategy which increased traffic to career site
  • Key functional leader for new ATS, CRM and Onboarding platform implementation
  • Created tools for Recruitment and Hiring Leaders to improve candidate experience
  • Led and mentored onshore and offshore Talent Acquisition teams
  • Developed college internship, apprenticeship and career development programs
  • Implemented assessment tools to improve quality and retention of new hires
  • Designed and implemented strategic sourcing processes for talent acquisition
  • Revamped enterprise job description library to provide engaging and consistent employer brand messaging
