Meet Jill Hall

Jill has 12 years of Enterprise Service Management experience having held operational and strategic leadership positions at both local and global levels.  For the past decade, and currently as an Director of Professional Services at Covestic, Jill has driven the continued excellence of Covestic and that of the clients she works with; ensuring the delivery of progressive and high-quality solutions.


  • As the Covestic Director of Professional Services, Jill is committed to leading an expert driven delivery team who advises, consultants and executes at the highest level for our customers implementation needs.
  • Jill also works to hire and develop a team of architects, developers, consultants, and engagement managers both for our US based needs and grow and develop our offshore capabilities.
  • Selected Projects Include:

    • Leader of professional services delivery organizations for the better part of a decade providing consulting services in the Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow communities
    • As an experienced strategist, Jill has worked with numerous clients to develop strategies that allow for the achievement of strategic business objectives / outcomes, produce a greater returns on investment among people, processes, and platforms, and leading tactical efforts that aide in the achievement of an organization’s vision and strategy
    • Jill has personally led numerous technology implementations in the areas of Enterprise Service Management, Customer Service Management, Security Operations Service Management, Business Services Management and has successfully created a number of Service Management programs, and especially enjoys working with the inventive people who are leading new and transformational efforts accelerating the value of services in their organizations
    • Prior to leading delivery organizations and client services teams, Jill has held roles as an Engagement/Program manager at ServiceNow and in the partner ecosystem.
