Covestic starts by assessing the client's existing project delivery capabilities using its proprietary survey tools. This comprehensive assessment rates an organization's project delivery maturity level across key functional areas including: demand, project, portfolio, resource and financial management. Survey results are compiled, analyzed and summarized in a detailed report. Areas of relative strength and weakness will be reviewed with client stakeholders along with key observations of response trends.

Based on the survey findings and stakeholder input, Covestic may conduct additional follow-up interviews and research to develop a better understanding of critical areas of the business. Covestic's seasoned project personnel will use this body of information to develop a list of organizational, process and technology improvements designed to advance the client's project delivery capabilities. The improvements will be presented to client stakeholders and jointly prioritized based on agreed criteria. Covestic will complete the assessment service by providing a summary level project plan highlighting the activities, resources and major expenditures required to implement a logical set of the high priority improvements to realize near-term (less than 6 months) benefits.

At the conclusion of the Assessment, the client will have a better understanding of their current project delivery capabilities, a clear picture of areas requiring improvement and a set of actionable steps to take to address these areas of need.
