Larry Witty, Director of Service Provider Solutions Practice
Larry. Witty leads our Service Provider Solutions practice which provides strategic direction and leadership for clients through our communications and media industry offerings. Mr. Witty has over 18 years of experience delivering technology solutions that support complex business processes for the world's largest communications and media companies. Prior to joining Covestic, Larry was the director of Communication Solutions at Inteliant. He also spent over 10 years with EDS' Communications Industry Group, where he was responsible for architecting and delivering business and operational support solutions to multiple startup communication providers throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Michael Sarabosing, Director of Systems Infrastructure Practice
Mike. Sarabosing's Systems Infrastructure Practice is focused on maximizing the return of technology infrastructure investments. His practice's innovative, customized solutions reduce clients' overall costs while increasing the quality of IT services.

Mr. Sarabosing's professional career includes 11 years in both corporate IT management and consulting in software, systems, data architecture development, digital security, and operations. Mike holds both ITIL and CISSP certifications and has 5 years of data architecture, program management, and software/systems development and implementation experience within the Microsoft and Oracle environments. Michael was employed as chief IT architect at Terabeam Corporation and chief e-commerce architect at AT&T Fixed Wireless.

Brad Gustafson, Practice Manager - Project Management
With years of combined operations and consulting expertise, Mr. Gustafson is highly motivated in the delivery of large-scale programs and projects in support of growth generating business initiatives for Covestic's customers.

Mr. Gustafson has over 10 years of consulting, professional services, and operations experience as a global program manager in the high technology and telecommunications industries. He has repeatedly demonstrated a laser-like focus and success in delivering complex projects across business functions and throughout the product life cycle, from strategic planning, through development, implementation, and sustainment. Brad has experience building PMO's in High Tech, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. He has held high-level positions in both consulting and operations, including director of operations at Loud Technologies, vice president of customer service at Vidiator, associate director for Cambridge Management Consulting (Novell), and change management consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
